Google has made available a new beta version of Gboard on Android, a few weeks after the appearance of Gboard 7.9. Unsurprisingly, version 8.0 signals the arrival of many supported language news, including voice input for Burmese and Estonian.

The beta announces the return of the clipboard, which had already appeared in a previous test version several months ago. The option may not be available to all users, even if you have installed the beta. Google deploys the option in waves. However, it can be expected that the clipboard will soon be available in a future stable release. The Clipboard Manager, to the right of the row of suggestions, keeps in memory everything you copied for a period of 1 hour.
